Terms
The office suites are available to let on new flexible leases or licence, the length of which is to be agreed. Minimum period 6 months.
Rents are inclusive of the following service items:-
Electricity, heating, water, rubbish collection, daily Royal Mail collection, all property maintenance, cleaning to common areas and alarm system.
Business rates are payable by the tenant separately.
Legal Costs
Each party will be responsible for their own legal costs and professional costs incurred in granting a new lease.
